At TrendFlow, we strive to deliver your favorite products in the fastest and safest way possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • In case of high order volume (like during sales or festivals), shipments may be slightly delayed.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days.

  • Express Shipping: (If available) Delivery takes 1-2 business days.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation message/email containing your Tracking Number.

  • The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of shipment.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery for your convenience across the country.

  • Please ensure you are available at the provided address to receive the parcel and pay the exact amount to the rider.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • TrendFlow is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping if the parcel was opened before receiving.

  • However, if you receive a damaged product, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately with photos/videos.

6. Delivery Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
